Fiji Rugby 7s Olympic Gold medalists and Ben Ryan LOVE Chiropractic!

The Fiji 7s British coach Ben Ryan was first introduced to chiropractic by his family who were seeing John and had experienced great results from their treatments. Ben had a number of major injuries sustained through years of playing rugby and after his family’s recommendations he made an appointment to see John at The London Chiropractic Clinic.

Since 2014 when the Fiji 7s team are playing in Europe, the team is under the chiropractic care of John Stoker from The London Chiropractic Clinic in Hammersmith, West London.

Fiji rugby history was made in May 2016 as their country’s National Rugby 7s team became the first team to win back to back world titles at the HSBC World Sevens series. In 2015, Fiji knocked New Zealand out of the top spot which it had held for the previous four years. As a team, Fiji is unique in that they are only supported by a modest financial sponsorship. Fiji is a rugby crazed nation, it is said that rugby is a religion! In August 2016, Fiji won the Gold medal for Rugby 7s at the Rio Olympics.

Sara Orchard, BBC sports presenter and commentator visited The London Chiropractic Clinic in May 2016 to interview Ben about his London connection, the Olympics in Rio and the team link with The London Chiropractic Clinic. The attached clip gives a great insight into the Fiji 7s team and also their visit to The London Chiropractic Clinic.
